A Dinner Show

On my last day in Rabat before heading down to Guelmim, I joined my colleagues for a traditional dinner. We found a small place serving what seems to be the national dish of Morocco, tagine. Tagine (or Tajine) is baked in a clay cooking vessel that holds in the flavor and moisture of the vegetables, meats and spices of the dish. Flat bread is served to help soak up the juices.
